  • Digital products (e.g. courses, downloads, memberships) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Physical products may be eligible for refund or replacement based on condition, delivery issue, or error in order.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product/service was not delivered or accessible due to a technical error.
  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
  • A creator-backed course or masterclass is cancelled or becomes unavailable prior to access.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products/services that are used, damaged by the user, or customized.
  • Digital content already accessed or downloaded.
  • Any services purchased through BlissfulTouch.world, due to their classified and third-party nature.
  • Coupons, memberships, and promotional bundles once activated or redeemed.

4. Timeframe to Request Refund

All refund requests must be made within:

  • 7 days of receiving a physical product.
  • 48 hours of a failed or undelivered digital service.
